As the market became saturated with perforated clones, we were tasked with transitioning from a “holed” aesthetic to a sophisticated, closed shell design while maintaining extreme ultralight weight requirements.


Our strategy moved beyond aesthetics to derisk the product definition through a high-stakes balancing act between mass and performance. Every internal component was engineered under strict weight requirements, where every gram impacted both the physical specs and the overall product quality.
This included rigorous ergonomic testing and the development of patented hot-swap battery technology for the wireless SKUs — a technical marvel that ensured infinite wireless runtime via a dedicated base station charging dock, eliminating the need for cables entirely.




Using our “Factory First” approach, we kept Industrial Design in-house while collaborating directly with factory mechanical and firmware engineers to solve technical complexities at the source.
As a turnkey partner, we managed the entire hardware journey across the diverse SKU lineup — from initial ideation and complex weight optimization to overseeing mass production in Thailand.
